What are attributes?
-Attributes are qualities that make up a person, for example in a job role such as a creative director they have to have the ability to have open mind and outlook on the job they are being given.

-Personal attributes are qualities and characteristics that a person has for example in a job they will need to be professional.

Positive: Perfectionist, Patient, Mature, Open-minded, Understanding, Caring and Friendly, Respectful, Hard-Working (Workaholic), Reflective, Resilience, Thick-skin
Negative: Foul-Mouth, Argumentative, Shy, Not Confident, Sarcasm
Being open minded and understand can be a positive impact as it can allow me to communicate and listen and gain new ideas in order to better the job. However being argumentative can have a negative impact as it can cause conflict.

Creative Director Attributes:
A Creative Director needs to have certain attributes in order for their to fulfill their job role. For example the Creative Director needs to have plenty of creative ideas and an understanding of the clients vision, they also need to have an awareness of current trends in advertising and design so that they can connect to there target audience they are aiming for and the demographic that the client wants. A Creative Director should also have a self-starting attitude and an open mind to that they can come up with different and unique ideas that are trend but also standout.
They also need to be responsible, organised and have good leadership skills. The responsibilities of a creative director include leading the communication design, interactive design and the concept forward in any work that is assigned or delegated, which means that they also have to be very organised and be able to manage their set team. This responsibility is often seen in the advertisement industry due to the clients that the creative director has. The Creative Director is also in charge of guiding a team of employees with the skills/attributes and experience that is related to graphic design, fine arts, and other creative industry fields, this means that they have to have good leadership skills in order to manage and keep every employee in order and on time for tasks and deadlines.

- Responding to agency ‘Partnerships/Creative Solutions’ briefs: Respond to in-bound content RFPs with creativity and out-of-the-box thinking Hearst content/creative Studio, Digital sales teams/leads, Ad Product & Solutions, Media Planning and Project Management teams. The customary code of polite behaviour in society or among members of a particular profession or group. For example you have to be polite, humble, to have manners.
Why is etiquette important when working in a media industry?
It is important to give a good first impression, it is key for collaboration and team work (if you treat a client or a high up employee in a rude way it will effect you in the future, for example you could be blacklisted, this is when former employers bad mouth you to other businesses and potential employers.
How does etiquette enable others to complete their role successfully?
Maintaining a good personal relationship with others will then help you in the future as you will want to work with them, which means you will have a good working relationship, which then lead to lots of work getting completed.
